I have found that while I type or move my fingers around on my keyboard or trackpad, that I can sometimes trigger the Workrooms menu and accidentally turn off my Computer screen or pop myself into the Change Seat UI.

Immersed has a gesture, Ring-finger + Thumb, which disables their finger lasers. That has been useful... not perfect ...but useful. It doesn't have to be the same gesture, but anything would be better than nothing :)
